We recommend that customers check sizes carefully against the size chart before ordering. Outer garments can be changed for alternative sizes providing that the garments have not been worn and are returned packaged in the same condition as they were dispatched.
Returns without an exchange will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Where the garment and packaging are not received packaged in the same condition, then Leblok will return to the customer if requested, provided the customer has paid the new outward shipping cost. Undergarments and head nets cannot be changed for health and hygiene reasons in line with Distance Selling and Sale of Goods Act regulations.
Any purchaser who may be sensitive to the material fabric or any of the products used in the manufacturing process should contact Leblok Ltd in order to satisfy themselves that the material is appropriate before making a purchase. If in doubt Leblok will endeavor to provide a sample of the material where appropriate prior to purchase.
Products cut to size or made especially for a particular or bespoke request cannot be refunded or replaced, unless PROVEN to be defective or are not fit for purpose when received. In which case an independent third-party expert report should be submitted by a suitably qualified party.
Canopies: We do not accept returns for canopies unless in the unlikely event that the customer can prove there is a proven manufacturing defect.
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Because our bed canopies are personal-use products intended for close-contact sleeping use, they are supplied with hygiene protection. Where a canopy is supplied in sealed hygiene packaging, and that hygiene seal is broken or removed after delivery, the consumer’s right to cancel may be lost to the extent permitted by applicable law.
In addition, if a customer handles, assembles, installs, uses, or sleeps in the canopy beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right, where permitted by law, to make an appropriate deduction for any diminished value resulting from that handling or use.
For the avoidance of doubt:
a canopy that has been slept in, used overnight, or used in a way that goes beyond inspection may not be eligible for a full refund;
we may refuse a return where the statutory hygiene exception applies;
where a return is permitted by law, any refund may be reduced to reflect diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
This policy does not exclude or limit any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, or any equivalent mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
The purchaser is responsible for return freight and consignments sent freight-forward will not be accepted.
The limit for returns is 7 days after order or in line with Internet Commerce trading Laws 'cooling off' period.
